The Warcraft Tanto Series represents Cold Steel®'s latest design concept for modern military tactical tanto design. Noticeably thicker than many of the knives on the market today, with tough reinforced tips, elegantly curved cutting edges and robust one-piece construction, they will deliver unmatched performance in the field.
Each Warcraft Tanto is made with a plane ground primary cutting edge and a chisel ground secondary blade bevel, both hand ground to razor sharp. The intersection of these two blade facets (Yakoten) forms an incredibly effective secondary point that enables a devastating snap cut. The thick full tang is encased in GFN, making the Warcraft series comfortable and secure in the hand, and equally at home as a reliable workhorse or life-saving combat knife.
Available in three sizes, the Warcraft is arguably the highest quality fixed blade tactical knife in the world today.
All are supplied complete with a Secure-Ex® case.
2022 model – Medium Warcraft Tanto with 4034 stainless steel blade replaces the discontinued CPM 3V steel version (product no. 13ST).
4034 stainless steel (4034SS)
A Japanese-made medium grade stainless steel that resists corrosion admirably due to its higher chromium content. It is also relatively easy to sharpen and has a moderate degree of wear resistance. Often used for kitchen cutlery or for smaller knives that are of generally good quality but economically priced.
