For decades, Cold Steel President Lynn C. Thompson has spent much of his rare "down time" testing the world's products while hunting and fishing. Our new commercial series is the culmination of all these years of accumulated knowledge. Lynn has developed a wide range of multi-functional blades for commercial users and professionals. From slaughterhouses and butchers, commercial kitchens and chefs to hunters and fishermen, there's a blade for everyone! Each knife is made from razor-sharp cryo-cooled German 4116 steel for ease of sharpening on the job or in the field. The handles feature a rigid Zy-Ex ™ core on the inside for durability, with a softer, food-grade Kray-Ex ™ look that provides a comfortable, non-slip grip for hours of use.
